I ran IE9 in Admin mode with No Add-ons and I continue to receive the error message. A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. If you are using IE8, I suggest you upgrade to IE9. The CREDHIST file is recreated if it is missing the next time Internet Explorer is running.
