If the path and file name are ok then you need to make sure Network Service has read/Write permission to your Temp folder (Generally C:\windows\Temp). The last issue to check is to see if the report actually exists in the directory that the CGI is executing reports from. This can be caused by your computer may not have access to a mapped drive or is trying to access a local path for a different computer. Could you PLEASE ask your sys admin what the problem was and how he rectified it so that I can apply the same changes to settings?
