Edit; I tried to restore it on a PC and it finally restored. I have a 20gb iPod and use iTunes 9 on iMac. I formatted it using disk utility & i used the MS-DOS format instead of the Mac OS Extended. Ipod Error 1439 Fix Solution I've erased the iPod using Disk Utility and reformatted to Macintosh.
